 ReeseReese is diabetic, blind, epileptic and has an unusually slow heart rate.She requires insulin twice daily as well as medication for her epilepsy. Not only did all the animals have respiratory problems but skin infections, allergies and hair loss. He has some behavioral problems as a result of his experience. He was recently diagnosed with canine cognitive dysfunction or dementia. He is on medication to help with that condition. |

 ChewyChewy is only 3 years old but has already experienced severe cruelty. in addition to being starved, he has a dislocated spine and pelvis, most likely from being kicked. Since the injury is old, it cannot be repaired. Although he can walk, he can't jump or wag his tail. He also has difficulty controlling his urination and defecation. He requires prescription food to prevent urinary problems. |  ChicoChico suffered from severe glaucoma and had to have his eyes removed to stop the severe pain and pressure. He is highly functional having memorized the layout of the house, the yard, and other places. Chico has epilepsy and skin allergies and is on medication for both. |  GoldieGoldie spent the first part of her life as a puppy and breeder in a puppy mill. Goldie lost her left eye to severe glaucoma and now is mostly blind from a cataract in the right eye. She is also losing her hearing, but she still has an excellent quality of life.
